GENERAL MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

NOMINATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Candidates for membership shall be proposed, seconded and nominated by full playing members with at least three years current full playing membership. The General Manager will advise as to the procedure to be followed.

NEW MEMBERS

 It is the responsibility of the proposer of any new member to see that he or she is informed of all rules governing conduct at the Club.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES

 Subscription fees are due and payable by 1 October in each year. Arrangements may be made to pay fees in three instalments (1 Oct, 31 Jan, 31 Mar). If subscriptions or part thereof are not paid on the due date, the member shall be prevented from playing the Club's course.

JOINING PROCESS

The process for admittance first requires a written Expression of Interest by mail or by email. We prefer this Expression of Interest to include your name, age, normal contact details, pervious club, handicap (if any), and relevant background including sporting and golfing interests and the names of membes in the Club who are known to the enquirer.

The Club has a grass driving range and two Professional coaches who can help you on the road to golfing enjoyment.  We encourge potential new Members to visit the Club and play the course; this is arranged during the joining process with the Membership Secretary or General Manager.

Men	Full Playing (Wednesday & Saturday are Men?s Day) 6 Day (excluding Saturday) Weekday (Monday to Friday)
Women	There are two categories for women; - Full Playing who play on three weekday mornings (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and Full Playing Business Women who play on Saturday morning.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (GST Inclusive)

¯	Entrance Fee (one time) $3,375
¯	The Entrance Fee may be paid / spread over up to 10 instalments.
¯	The first instalment to be paid at the time of joining, subsequent instalments to be paid by 1 October each following year.
¯	No Entrance Fee will be payable for a spouse/partner of an existing member
¯	No Entrance Fee will be payable for immediate family members of existing members. (namely sons and daughters(
¯	Only one Entrance Fee will be payable for a couple (in a spouse/partner relationship) wishing to join
