A number of our players represented Auckland at Pakuranga on Sunday vs North Harbour in the Battle of the Bridge. Scott Robertson won his match in the Masters 1up to contribute to a 4-4 draw. Connor Barker was beaten 1down (@ No.8), Rakesh Patel was beaten 2/1 (@ No.5) while Andrew Meng won his match @ No.6 by 4/3 in the Senior team. The Seniors also drew 5-5 leaving the overall result dependent on the Juniors.
Karl Jorgensen won his match 2/1 (No. 4) helping the Juniors achieve a very good 6-2 result against the North Harbour juniors.
As a result Auckland beat North Harbour 15-11. Well done, guys.
