After four days of almost perfect golfing weather, the finalists of the Club Championships Foursomes for 2017 are:-

Julie Hawkes & Kris Taylor Vs Linley Downey and Diane Hawkins

And in the Flight;- Diane Brown & Jenny Johnson will take on Deryl York & Jan Peoples

The Finals will be played on Thursday - 36 Holes for the Championship and 18 Holes for the Flight.

As the golfing year is rapidly drawing to a close, make sure you have entered the remaining events.

Next Tuesday is the Gold Medal & Consolation Net competition; register online (Draw will be done on Thursday). Weekenders will play this event on Saturday.

Next Thursday (30th November) the Bridge Ladies are kindly sponsoring a Christmas Cheer Day. This will be a shot-gun start at 8am, with a range of prizes and a fun day guaranteed! Any Weekend ladies who can play would be welcome to join in. Again, register online.

And the grand finale of the mid-week calendar; Closing Day on Tuesday 5th December. This comprises 9-holes only, starting at 2:30pm. Come into Winstones straight after golf (ie no getting showered or changed!) and enjoy a glass of wine and canapes prior to Prizegiving and the AGM. Register for this event online.
