On Saturday and Sunday the Junior Club Championships were played to help prepare the players who have entered the Auckland Age Groups at Akarana today.

 

Connor Barker dominated the Championship Division - 73 & 71 (144) to win by 8 shots from Grace Jung on 152.  Kahu Tataurangi was 3 shots further back on 155.

 

The Nett Medal competition was won by Daniel Freeman (146) from Connor Barker & Kahu Tataurangi.

 

The Girls Division (Yellow Tees) was won by Sara Harlock (143) from Sarah Murchison (146).

 

Our next Junior event will be held in early February with a Nett Medal competition to start the 2018 Meadowbank Barfoot & Thompson Challenge Cup.  Erik Jorgensen holds the cup over January - the best nett on the day will play the first challenge the following weekend.
