The Summer Cup Final will be played on the same day as the Scottish Cup (this Saturday).  It promises to be a great battle between Peter McCormack and Tony Verner.  Tony beat Christie Xavier by 6/5 on Saturday playing very well - first 4 holes were won with pars!  He had a sneak peek at his opponent last Wednesday when Peter defeated John Sims 1up.  Peter shot an outstanding 80, winning on the final hole (9th) with an outstanding par.

 

Our first event of the year is the Scottish Cup - shot gun start at 12.30pm with the traditional piping in the haggis at about 5.30pm.  The following Saturday our prospective Inter Club players will be playing in a trial with tee times booked from 9am until about 11am.
