All but one of the semi finals was decided on Saturday.  In the D Grade David Stewart defeated Derek Adam 1up, while Richard Fairey won 3/2 over Brian Roe.  The C Grade Final is between George York (defeated Mark Boucher 4/3) and the winner of Keith Aitchison vs Alan McDougall which will be played on Wednesday.

 

The Junior division sees the top 2 from Stroke Play meet in the Final - a rare occurrence.  Erik Jorgensen beat Larry Sewell 5/4, and Colin McGowan won 2up over Harry Driver.  The Intermediate Final is between Michael Maingay and Andrew Millard, who beat David Hughes and David Pedersen respectively.  Michael and Andrew manage the Captains Pennant team - lots of bragging rights in this one.

 

Both matches in the Senior Division went to the penultimate hole (2/1).  Matthew Cormack beat James Eng, while Mathew Weir overcame Tomas Shaw.  This Final will be played on Wednesday April 4th as Mathew Weir has a planned trip to Augusta to watch the Masters - a reasonable excuse, I think.
