The penultimate round saw Titirangi arriving with a very good lead however this was their last play as they host the final round next week and take their BYE.

Advancing the tee times to 8.30 from 9.00 was very effective as the way was laid open for the afternoon field to tee off at 11.45. And so it was to be as all the players made the turn exactly on time!

Remuera had their bye so it was interesting to watch how Titirangi went as they would be setting the benchmark for the final round.

Pukekohe went down to Pakuranga 49 – 59

Royal Auckland also down to Maungakiekie by only 1 point 54.5 – 53.5 – a very close string of matches

The Grange had a good win against Maramarua 63.5 – 44.5

Titirangi down to Onewhero 56 – 52

So this leaves the competition with Titirangi in charge however if The Grange can pull out 64 points next week they can overhaul Titirangi. A big ask!
