18 Hole Women - Competitions July 2019

LGU (Tuesday 2 July)

Please book in tee-times labelled for your handicap range. Please consider your fellow women members, if you fail to book in the correct tee-slot you are taking tee-times away from them. There are tee-times at the start and end of the field that are labelled 18H W, for those of you who do not want to play in the competition or who need to start early or late.

Winter Greensomes (Thursday 4, 11 and Tuesday 16, 23 July)

A new competition for the winter. You will need a partner to play in this, but you do not have to play all four rounds. The format is different variations of Greensomes and points will be awarded for the top eight scores in each round, with the overall winners being those with the most accumulated points. There is an entry sheet in the locker room. If you do not have a partner but would like to play, please add your name to the sheet and someone can then add their name as your partner or, if there is already an unpaired player please put your name with theirs.

Coronation Cup (Tuesday 9 July)

Round two of a four-round competition, where the best three of four scores wins the competition. If you didn’t play in the first round, it is not too late to enter if you can play this round and the next two rounds on 6 August and 17 September. This competition uses par scoring – see page 19 of your Programme Book, or Section 13 of the General Terms of Competition (in the Locker Room and on the Remuera website).

Pennants and Caddies Day (Thursday 18 July)

Details will be emailed to Pennants players by their Team Captains.

Stableford Scramble (Thursday 25 July)

$1 stableford scramble, in two divisions – Silver/Bronze 1 and Bronze 2/3.

Teams Day (Tuesday 30 July)

The format for this is to be decided, depending on the course conditions.

Masters Trophy – third round by 29 August

Thursday 25 July is a stableford scramble, so could be a good day for your matches.
