Auckland Women had their annual battle with North Harbour at Remuera on Sunday.  There was a Masters team, Senior and Junior team.  We had 5 players representing Auckland in this event - 2 in Senior team and 3 in the Junior side.

 

Grace Jung and Rebekah Blackwell-Chin secured excellent wins in the Senior team - Grace by 3/1 and Rebekah by 7/6.  The Senior team won by 6-2.

 

In the Junior team Kelly Wu won 7/6, Chloe Lam 7/5 and Aileen Du 6/5.  The Junior result went to Auckland 3.5-0.5.  With the Masters team winning 3-1 it was a resounding success for Auckland - 12.5 - 3.5.

 

Congratulations Grace, Rebekah, Kelly, Chloe and Aileen!  Promising form leading up to the Inter Provincials in a couple of months.
