There were some major changes to the leaderboard in the Winter Cup on Saturday.  The biggest mover was Murray Wells - up 48 places to the top!  Murray had only played 2 of the first 3 rounds but they were good scores - 40 & 39.  Another 37pts on Saturday has catapulted him to the top of the leaderboard on 116pts.

 

Murray now leads Mark Morphy by 1pt, and Grant Harford on 114pts another point back.  Peter McCormack and the overnight leader, Jits Doolabh round out the top 5 places on 112pts.

 

The final round is this Saturday and then we have the Waiatarua Trophy on July 25th & August 1st.  Entries close for the Waiatarua on Monday July 20th and the draw for the pairings will be made on Monday morning.
