9 Hole Women’s Golf Update

Updated results after Round 2 are on the noticeboard. When checking the competitions section of Dotgolf please be aware Column 1 is showing the best score for each pair and is not the score from Round 1.

The next round is Monday 20th May – let’s hope for better weather!

May Scramble dates are Monday 13th and 27th and Wednesday 8th and 22nd.

These two competitions (Monday and/or Wednesday) have now commenced and will run for the remainder of the year. However, it is not too late to enter either or both. Details on our Noticeboard.

MID WINTER FUN DAY & LUNCH – Wednesday, 19 June (8.45am Shotgun start)

This will be an Irish Stableford (scoring instructions will be provided) played in teams of four on the Front Nine with a two tee start. $2 per person entry fee payable on the day. Entry sheet on the noticeboard so either get a four together or put your name up and others will fill up your group. Numbers are limited to 72.

After golf we have the upstairs Tui room booked for lunch (frittata and salad followed by assorted slices and tea and coffee) at a cost of $15.00 per person. Please tick the lunch column on the entry sheet if you are staying for lunch and either pay cash to Jo Hollies, Linda Brown or Sue Olliff, or deposit to Jo Hollies account (03-0195-0367880-00) showing your name & “Lunch” in the reference. Cost of lunch to be paid by Friday, 7th June. Please note: If golf is cancelled due to weather/ frost (as happened last year!) the lunch will still go ahead at approx. 11.45am.

Pukekohe Golf Club – Thursday, 16 May Entry sheet for this is on the noticeboard. Pukekohe is a lovely course and well worth the drive. Entry for this will be closing on Thursday 9th May.

….and still our Indian summer continues! Let’s all enjoy it while we can girls.
