The second week of the school holidays last week so many of our juniors in tournaments around the districts.  Finlay McKechnie represented Auckland in the annual Eagles Tournament that was held at Te Awamutu.  His rounds of 72,77 & 79 saw him finish in 8th place in the gross, and 3rd place in the stableford event.  Congratulations, Finlay!  In the girls event Grace Jung (76, 71, 74) finished in 5th in the gross and 12th in the stableford.  Sarah Murchison (88, 85 & 82) finished in 9th in the gross (16th in the stableford).  Congrats Grace & Sarah!

 

Meanwhile in the Charles Tour event in Tauranga - Daniel Freeman made the cut and finished T50th (290), and Steven Oh was 54th on 293.  In the Women's Open Rianne Li, Mary Chen and Aileen Du all missed the cut.
