Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to everyone.

 

The only Men's events in January are the Summer Cup and Scottish Cup.

 

This event is played over 5 consecutive Saturdays - January 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th, and finally Saturday February 1st.  It is a stableford competition from the Blue Tees with the best 3 stableford scores counting across the 5 playing days.  Players can enter on each playing day when you print your card.  There is no entry fee for this competition.  A stableford scramble is also available each playing day.

 

This event is played on Saturday January 25th (in conjunction with the Summer Cup). Golf is followed by the ceremonial piping in of the haggis & the reading of the Ode to the Haggis.

 

It is a single stableford event off the Blue Tees - shot gun start at 12.30pm.  An entry sheet will be posted in the Golf Shop on Friday January 7th.  Entry for this event is $10 per player.  The entry fee covers the scramble.  Prize giving will be held at approximately 5.15pm.  Visitors and non-Full Playing Members will only be able to play if space permits.
