During the lock-down a number of the Men's competition dates have come and gone.  The Match Committee has decided to cancel some and reschedule others as follows.
Anzac Day Ambrose - cancelled.
Presidents Foursomes - postponed with a possible date in spring/summer.
Booth Cup
Round 1 will be held on Saturday June 6th.
Round 2 will be held on Saturday June 27th.
Round 3 will be held on Saturday August 29th.
Round 4 and the Final will be held on the scheduled dates in the programme book.
As the first 3 rounds have been re-arranged the eligibility rule that requires a qualifier to have played at least 2 rounds to play in the Final has been cancelled for this year.  A player will be eligible even if they only play in 1 round.
Waiatarua Trophy
This is a drawn pairs event played over 2 consecutive Saturdays - combined stableford.  Entry will be on-line at www.remueragolfclub.com/membership, and will open at the beginning of July.  The dates of play will be - Saturday July 25th and Saturday August 2nd.
Vets Cup
This event will be changed for this year only from match play to stroke play.  It will be played over 5 weeks on a Wednesday from June 3 - June 3, 10, 17, 24 and July 1st.  It will be a stableford competition with the best 3 of 5 stableford scores counting.  A player can enter each round at the time they print their scorecard.
Winter Cup
This competition will also be changed to a stroke play event on the same lines as the Vets Cup.  It will be held on Saturdays - June 13, 20, July 4, 11 and 18.  The best 3 stableford scores from the 5 playing dates will be counted, and entry will be on each day of play.
Remuera Plate
This event is a teams event - 4 players with the best 3 stableford scores counting on each hole.  It is played over 2 consecutive Saturdays - August 15 and August 22.  The entry sheet for this event will be posted in the Golf Shop towards the end of July.
