The Waikato Winter Stroke Play at the Narrows course in Hamilton was played over the weekend - 72 holes.  Robby Turnbull and Daniel Freeman were our best performers - Robby on 295 finished 21st, and Daniel 1 shot further back was 22nd.  Also making the cut was Scott Robertson on 299 (T29th), and Steven Oh on 302 (T34th).  Kahu Tataurangi and Brad Winger missed the cut, while Cameron Harlock was forced out the event after 1 round.  It was won by Sam Jones (Taranaki) on 277.

 

In the Women's event Mary Chen finished 7th (296) and Grace Jung was 9th (301).  This event was won by Danika Lee on 283.  Aileen Du missed the cut.

 

Many of the these players will be out at Muriwai for the Charles Tour event at the end of the month.
