The first round of the Waiatarua Trophy was completed on Saturday afternoon - 36 teams in a Combined Stableford event.  Despite reasonable conditions no team played to their combined handicap with the best result from Peter Lake & Keith Aitchison on 70pts.  It's a very tight competition as a result with 9 teams within 4pts of the lead going into the final round this Saturday afternoon.

The Saturday field for the final round has been seeded based on the first round results with the leaders later in the field.

 

The entry sheet for the Remuera Plate is in the Golf Shop.  Teams of 4 players - played on consecutive Saturdays, August 15th and 22nd.  This is a stableford event - best 3 stableford per hole.  Prizes for each round plus overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
