The Intermediate, Junior, C & D Grades all played 2 of the 3 rounds of their Stroke Play Championships over the weekend.  Saturday's conditions were very windy particularly later in the afternoon, but were much improved on Sunday afternoon for the second round.

 

The Intermediate section (blue tees) is led by Oliver Foote (78 & 83) - 161.  Oliver has a 2 shot lead over Robert Hill (163), with Paul Thomas (168) currently in 3rd. 

 

The Junior division (white tees) has a clear leader after 36 holes - Chris Reid (169) - well clear of John Philpott & Mark Morphy (177).  Grant Marshall & Brooke Hibberdine (178) are closely followed by Glen Larsen & Mike Hearn (179).

 

In the C Grade Ken Taylor has a 2 shot lead (190) over Tony Verner (192).  They are closely followed by Ross Pickett and Christie Xavier (194).

 

In the D Grade Mike Hyams holds the biggest lead of all 4 divisions.  Mike is on 186, a score that would be leading the C Grade.  Robin Bone (197) is 11 shots behind and 2 ahead of Michael Egan (199) in 3rd place.

 

These grades play their final rounds on Saturday afternoon, while the Open Grade start their event.  The Open Grade will play Satuday (14th), Sunday (15th) and Sunday (22nd).
