Mike Hearn led after the 1st round and returned to the lead after Round 4, and held it to win the Vets Cup for 2020.  Due to the lock-down under the coronavirus this event was changed to a stableford event - best 3 of 5 scores, for this year.  It proved a very popular format with 87 players completing the minimum of 3 rounds.

 

Mike Hearn posted 40, 38 & 36 (114pts) to win by 2pts from David Taylor (42, 38 & 32).  Mike finished early on Wednesday and had to wait until David completed his round at 5pm to confirm his win.  David needed to post 35pts in his final round to take the trophy but couldn't manage it leaving Mike to celebrate his win.

 

Colin Smith finished 3rd - 39, 38 & 34, with Barry Hall and Keith Aitchison tied 4th.
