Rod MacNeil was the absolute clear winner of the Jack Notman Trophy on Saturday.  His score of 63 net was 4 shots better than anyone else.  Grant Marshall, Robin Bone and Peter Kusabs were his nearest challengers with net scores of 67.

The Jack Notman Trophy is an event in itself, but is also the qualifying round for the Fraternity Bowl which will be played this coming Saturday.  The players entered are split in half on handicap with the top 20 players from each division qualifying for the Fraternity Bowl.  The Fraternity Bowl field has been entered into the start sheet.  It is a single stableford competition, and is the last remaining event before the General Manager's Prize which will be played on Saturday December 19th.

The General Manager's Prize is a "champion of champions" style event, with the winners of all trophies this year eligible to compete.
