At the most recent Match Committee meeting it was decided to revive the "Play to Your Age" awards.
 
As there is no automatic report for this achievement - unlike the Hole-in-One trophy - we are asking the members who have or do in the future "play to their age" to notify the club of their achievement.
 
The Match Committee also decided that the course must have a minimum par of 70 on the day of play in order to qualify, and it must be a completed 18-hole round. 
 
The information we will need is -
1. Name
2. Course played
3. Date of the round played
4. Age (years only) on the day of the round
5. Gross score
